Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During new arrivals, sales events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, all delivery estimates are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

To ensure efficient order fulfillment and product availability, orders may be processed and dispatched through our fulfillment network based on inventory availability, product type, and destination. As a result, shipments may originate from different fulfillment locations. We fulfill our orders through our warehouse network located in Australia and India. Depending on inventory availability and delivery destination, your order may be shipped from either location to ensure efficient processing and delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Raba Crystals cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays may occur. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a suitable resolution.
